Demand Letter
Power of Attorney in favour of CDORA – INDIA.
Employers’ are requested to generate above mentioned documents by registering at (https://emigrate.gov.in ) and during the registration process, please do mention about presence of Indian Embassy in your country.
Demand Letter
Employer would need to issue this Demand Letter in Favour of CRODA – India, covering the following points:
Job Category ( Designation )
Number of workers required.
Monthly Wages/Salary including all perks.
Duration of Employment
Accommodation & Local transport
Medical Insurance
Working Hours
Working Days
Paid / Unpaid Holidays
Power of Attorney
We also require a Power of Attorney from the Employer, which should be addressed to concerned Embassy/ Consulate in New Delhi, clearly mentioning that CDORA – India is their appointment recruitment Agency and fully authorised to deal with Visa Submission, Issuance and collection of passport from respective Embassy/ Consulate.
In addition to Demand Letter and Power of Attorney, CDORA – India and Employer would sign an Agreement clearly stating all terms & Conditions for recruitment, demand & supply and time frame to execute such recruitments.
